We encourage all of our customers to always insure their shipment. While we do our best to make sure that your package arrives safely, we have no control over any packages once we deliver them to the shipper.
What is covered:
By adding shipping insurance at the time of purchase, you will be protected for replacement of any item damaged during shipping. You are also covered for shipments that do not arrive within 60 days from shipping and non-arrival is verified by the shipper. International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs and clearance policies of different governments.
What you must do:
If you receive an item that is damaged, or you do not receive your shipment after 60 days, you must contact us within 24 hours by email at [email protected]. We will review your claim and in the case of a verified damaged item, we will replace it and ship the replacement to you. In the case of an order that is verified as not received, we will replace the order.
What happens if I chose not to purchase shipping insurance:
If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you will be responsible for resolving all damage claims with the shipper you chose. You may contact United States Postal Service at: 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at: 1-800-463-3339.
